Stehako added 1 item to Best Films of 1966 list
Director: Robert Mulligan His 9th movie My 3rd movie watched from the directorThis may be one of Natalie Wood's best performances even if I didn't care for the movie too much. It's such a negative movie that it was tough to enjoy at any point. The ending was great and the other performances were solid, too.Added to Lists: Top Ten Performances - Natalie Wood The Movie Industry Sucks

Stehako added 1 item to Best Films of 1967 list
Director: John Huston His 22nd movie My 8th movie watched from the directorThis is not John Huston's best work, far from it. The big names of Brando and Taylor you would think could make this a very good movie, the problem is the movie isn't interesting. The editing was rough, the cinematography confusing, and their characters are unlikable. Still, the style choices, Huston's direction, and the writing are still respectable enough for a 6/10.

Stehako added 1 item to Best Films of 2000 list
Director: Kenneth Lonergan His 1st movie My 3rd movie watched from the directorIt's not a bad movie, but I'm not really sure of the point of this movie. Two siblings lose their parents and we see how they live now for a week... At least it's not as depressing as Lonergan's "Manchester by the Sea"Added to Lists: Plot-Free Movies Vote for this List

Stehako added 1 item to Best Movies of 2020 list
Director: Eliza Hittman Her 3rd movie My 1st movie watched from the directorIt's a slow burn, trying to figure out if there is going to be anything more than a girl trying to get an abortion. There isn't. There are some strong emotional moments that make it worth the watch, but it starts as a downer and never really gets better. The mumblecore style lends for good performances by the two leads and even creates some solid supporting characters.
