Director: Helena Coan Her 2nd movie My 1st movie watched from the directorAn intriguing figure in the history of cinema and one of the most likable actresses in its history. It was appropriately revealing but never tabloid. The presentation and direction is fine, nothing new or too impressive.Added to Lists: The History of the Movies Through Documentaries __________

Director: Jeff Nichols His 5th movie My 3rd movie watched from the directorThis is a beautiful story and the performances are outstanding. The actors tell us so much without words. It's the best put-together movie I've seen from Nichols, a director I come back to but am never really sure why he is acclaimed. He's a very dry filmmaker. Season 2
Their second season is still good, but I've really only stayed interested in the two leads, where I don't really like any of the characters surrounding them. I am still thankful for this show, highlighting an important culture that says a lot about our society and love, and one that doesn't get enough attention.
